About Us

Pacific Pools was founded in 1986.

Our mission is to go the extra mile to help our clients get the maximum enjoyment and benefit from their pools and spas—with minimal hassle.

We strive to be the premier pool and spa service in central Ohio, with a reputation that is second to none. We demand from ourselves integrity, honesty, reliability, and fairness when dealing with our clients, suppliers, and others.

Key Staff

John & Kelly Sullivan. John & Kelly joined Pacific Pools & Spas in 2001 and purchased the company in January of 2002. John is primarily involved with business planning, sales, and some service. Kelly oversees office operations.

Jeff Matter. Jeff is our Operations/Field Service Manager. Jeff's experience with Pacific Pools predates ours. He spent a number of years managing the field staff and doing service work before we purchased the company in 2002.

David Gingrich. David is now in full time ministry, but he works with us during our peak periods doing operings, pool paintings, and other service work.

Robert Hartwell. Robert is a senior service technician. Robert typically manages our pool opening and closing schedule, and supports Jeff with service work during the pool season.

Pool Cleaners. Perhaps the most visible members of our staff are the seasonal pool cleaners. Each year, we hire about 7-8 young people to clean pools and spas. Typically, we are able to keep our seasonal pool cleaners for about 2-4 years.
